How It Works

From Plot to Villa —
Six Clear Steps

Choose Your Plot

A majestic paradise spread over 110 acres — you will be spoilt for choice. Plots start from 2,000 sq.ft. Our team gives you a tour of the project, understands your requirement, and suggests the best plots available — whether you want peace and quiet, or to be closer to a mountain or our resort.

Registration & Legal Formalities

Once you have chosen a plot, our team guides you with proper documentation and helps you through the entire process of registering the plot under your name. You get a separate 7/12 extract for your plot.

Design & Construction

You have complete freedom to go ahead with a home design and construction team of your choice. For your comfort, we can also connect you with our empaneled team of architects, landscape artists, RCC consultants, civil contractors, and electrical contractors.

Town Planning Approvals

Once your consultants are finalised and architectural and structural drawings are ready, the process of getting approval from the town planning department begins. Once your construction plan is approved, you can begin building your villa.

MSEB Meter & Water Line

For beginning the construction, you will require an MSEB meter and water meter at your plot. We can facilitate the same and help you get the requisite permissions.

Fulfilling Your Holiday Home Dream

Once your dream holiday home villa is built, you can start enjoying it. A lot of our clients have made their second home the first — and moved in full-time.
