Choose Your Plot

Registration & Legal Formalities

Once you have chosen a plot for constructing your dream holiday home, our team will guide you with proper documentation and help you through the entire process of registering the plot under your name. You get a separate 7/12 extract for your plot.

Design & Construction

Our plot owners have complete freedom to go ahead with a home design and construction team of their choice. For your comfort, we also facilitate the process by connecting you with our empaneled team of architects, landscape artists, RCC consultants, civil contractors, and electrical contractors.

Town Planning Approvals

Once your consultants have been finalised and architectural and structural drawings are ready, we begin the process of getting approval from the town planning department. Once your construction plan is approved, you can go ahead and begin construction.

MSEB Meter & Water Line

For beginning the construction, you will require an MSEB meter and water meter at your plot. We can facilitate the same and help you get the requisite permissions.
