Avinash Mulchand Gothi didn't just see land — he saw potential. Starting from Pune in the 1980s, he built a reputation for identifying, acquiring, and developing land that others overlooked. Over four decades, he transacted more than 5,000 acres across Maharashtra, covering diverse segments from commercial corridors to agricultural belts and premium residential zones.
His client roster includes some of India's most respected institutions — JSW Steel, Samsonite, and Sula Vineyards among them — a testament to the trust he has built across industries. That same trust is the foundation on which SVN Igatpuri was built.

As Managing Director of the AMGInfra, he oversees the strategic expansion of the portfolio across Igatpuri, Alibag, and Goa — three of Maharashtra's most sought-after second-home destinations.
His financial acumen has been instrumental in structuring transactions that deliver long-term value for both the group and its clients. He understands that real estate investment is, at its core, a trust exercise — and he approaches every deal with that understanding.
