SVN expands to 110 acres. NA approvals secured for all plots. Word-of-mouth brings new families from Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik. The brand earns its reputation.
Rosewood Apartments — boutique 1 & 2 BHK homes — are launched. The Bespoke Villa programme gives families the freedom to design their own hillside retreat within the community.
CA Amol Gothi takes the reins as Managing Director, bringing fresh energy and a vision for SVN's next 40 years. Phase 3 of NA plots is underway. 150+ families call SVN home.
